Multiple attempts to contact warriorplus support yields... nuthin'...

Anyone know any trick to get warriorplus to respond?

I opened a ticket -- maybe a few tickets -- all end up in big black hole, apparently.

Any hints appreciated.

    Could it be instead of asking a question - you are trying to argue a point?

    One ticket might be missed - a "few tickets" sounds like you are being ignored. Could there be a reason?

  • Most of the newbies seem to be posting them in the main forum.

    Did The Warrior Forum End Signatures?
    "I just added a link to my signature and it's not showing up in any of my postings."

    Sometimes you'll get answers like: "I see it" ..... "I see it too"....... "Yeah me too"

    Not suggesting that you do this, as IMO some of these questions are more suitable for
    an actual support department, but it sure seems that the response time in the main forum is faster,
    as we do have helpful experienced warriors here willing to help with more useful answers.

    Most support systems do email notifications when tickets are acted upon.

      You just don't get it. Off Topic is not for petty little business related rants. Most of us post here because the business related forums are junk. We're not interested in business in this forum. We don't care about your petty little grievances related to Warrior Plus or any other business related matter here. I report them and often they get put where they belong ... in Main. This one they let stay here, so don't expect a warm and fuzzy reaction to a misplaced post.

    I'm just being straight forward in my posts. And, since I don't have appreciation for snarky, smirk-laden comments - or cigar smoke, I simply avoid you.
