Multiple attempts to contact warriorplus support yields... nuthin'...

Anyone know any trick to get warriorplus to respond?

I opened a ticket -- maybe a few tickets -- all end up in big black hole, apparently.

Any hints appreciated.

    Could it be instead of asking a question - you are trying to argue a point?

    One ticket might be missed - a "few tickets" sounds like you are being ignored. Could there be a reason?

  • Most of the newbies seem to be posting them in the main forum.

    Did The Warrior Forum End Signatures?
    "I just added a link to my signature and it's not showing up in any of my postings."

    Sometimes you'll get answers like: "I see it" ..... "I see it too"....... "Yeah me too"

    Not suggesting that you do this, as IMO some of these questions are more suitable for
    an actual support department, but it sure seems that the response time in the main forum is faster,
    as we do have helpful experienced warriors here willing to help with more useful answers.

            UPDATE -- Yes! They DID respond within *ONE* day --
            but... there's a little flaw in their system.

            I did not know they had responded to the ticket I sent in, because their support system does NOT send out an email when the ticket has action on it!

            So... when I *searched* my email inbox for "ticket," I did not find any *notification* from support that my ticket had been responded to. Which made me thing they had NOT responded.

            So, their system DOES send out an instant email notification when the ticket is submitted -- so, I would've expected another notification/update when the ticket had some action on it, too.

            They should set up the system so you get an instant email notification when the ticket is submitted, AND email notifications are ALSO sent out whenever any action is taken (as most support systems operate).

                they don't answer
                they answer but not the way you want them to
                they don't answer enough
                they don't answer in the way in which you think they should

      You just don't get it. Off Topic is not for petty little business related rants. Most of us post here because the business related forums are junk. We're not interested in business in this forum. We don't care about your petty little grievances related to Warrior Plus or any other business related matter here. I report them and often they get put where they belong ... in Main. This one they let stay here, so don't expect a warm and fuzzy reaction to a misplaced post.
