please recommend an Autoresponder service

I use aweber and love them. I never used getresponse so cannot say about them.

I have used Aweber and getresponse. I think that when you begin to have a lot of members in your lists, maybe getresponse is the better solution for quality/cost relationship. Aweber increase the price depending on your member´s number.

I am also starting to head to AWeber.
i should not have the second mind.

AWeber for me too. I've never used anything else, but have heard horror stories from some who have.

I use lieveAweber, but they don't let you import existing contacts without having to re-opt them in, which can be a pain.
Although Constant Contact costs more, I do believe they allow you to import.

In my experience getresponse, easier to use and the feature is good

I used aweber and infusionsoft. Both excellent.

However, I recently converted all my campaigns over to the new kid on the block attainresponse.com/rbrowning. Yes, its an affiliate model, but you can get in for $10/mn to try out although the $99/mn is the way to go for Imers.

What's different:

You get a complete marketing and email marketing studio, metrics etc and your own audio/video and media mngt studio that's actually easy to use and geared for marketers!.
All with tracking and reports.

Your media is ready to be added to your emails., website, optin pages, podcast etc.. almost instantly...Media automatically hosted for you and auto encoding on the fly. I used to work at Real Networks so I am loving this application.

Plus, the company has stringent double optin requirements. Thus, top deliverability out of the gate is top issue...Has some cool ways to still enter your unconfirmed records, however, but I wont bore you with details here.

Two well developed companies merged: Digital FX on the Video Tech side and AR for the email marketing. I am doing training vids for my clients now for free...email me if you want to be included to see how this differs from the others and how to monetize it much better than Aweber or CC etc...

Choose a well known service such as Aweber. The most benefit from using Aweber is that the ISP's know Aweber has strict anti-spam regulations and your email gets through the spam filters whereas the email from unknown companies is not delivered.
