Hello everyone,

I am looking for good SEO courses.
I already know a bit about it, but I would like to learn more and more and more ...

My goal would be to start in one year a little SEO agency. If I want to achieve this goal, I have to learn as much as possible.

I have already followed some SEO courses, but as I said, I want to learn more

Please, talk about SEO courses that you tried not the ones that your heard about.

Thanks !

Honestly, there's not a ton of stuff to learn about SEO these days...the site with the best content almost always wins. If you're eager to learn more though, then just start following some of the authority blogs out there that focuses on SEO and how it is evolving.

I really, really disagree with that. There is a ton of stuff that someone can learn about SEO. Site structure, link placement, building silos, conserving linkjuice, Schema, LSI, etc. And that is just onsite stuff.

The best content does not always win. Hell, how do you determine the "best" content anyhow?

It's more about what you do with your content.

For me the best content is content that really specific to your target market to solve their problem or give what they want to read..they will start trusting u .. Then they will come again and again and also share your content with others..and make it viral

Relying on other people to share my content is lazy ass marketing in my mind, and frankly in a lot of niches it just is not realistic. If I am selling a cure for syphilis, most people are not going to "share" that content and let the world know they might have syphilis. Extreme example, I know, but there are far less extreme examples too.

Maybe a self-help program for people with gambling or sexual addictions. What about a program that helps adults learn to read?

Stuff like that, people are not going to be quick to share because in doing so they are sharing something very personal about themselves.

Just check out a few of the SEO courses on Udemy.
There's definitely some gold in there.
I'm currently going through Daragh Walsh's SEO course on Udemy.
It's worth 297$, but you can get it for 5$ through his fiverr gig.
PM me if you want more details!

On top of good content, Google seems to like domains that are registered for a long time (they don't like to reward a good looking domain name and then have it change all of a sudden to some random Wordpress Blog for example)

Site load times also seem to make a difference - faster is always better.

And don't forget to make sure your back links are high quality. Nothing dings your site faster than having poor quality back links pointing to all sorts of irrelevant sites.

There are short term SEO and long term SEO. If you want to wait for 1 year and make money from your website, create an authority site and implement long term SEO, as being taught in Bring The Fresh or Site Build It. The good news with this method, is your website will get ranking and traffic for years to come. The bad news is, you have to be patient, keep posting content for months before seeing the result. As for short term SEO, the trick is to build mini sites, with exact keyword that you are targeting, such as yourkeyword.com, add two posts or something and build backlinks to it. You will be ranked faster and make money faster, in two weeks or less based on my experiment, but then, your ranking will drop quickly as well. Very suitable for keywords that will expire, such as internet marketing product name keywords. If you want to make profit for both short and long term, why not create both mini site and authority site? This way you will start making money in one month and then continue for years to come.
