Good places to buy advertising or banner ads?

I want to increase traffic for my sites by buying advertising threads or banner ads on relevant niche sites, would you recommend me any ways to find sites that having decent traffic to buy ads?

of course, I can not go with huge site with big traffic like warriorforum but I can pay for small or medium sites that offering services like this.

    You can try contacting the webmaster of a high traffic blog and see if he or she is open to entertaining advertiser.

    I noticed in this high traffic tech blog, Yugatech.com, there's a big vertical banner of ASUS that keeps showing up on its sidebar whenever I visit the blog.

    If you can arrange to have your banner appear on the same place in similar sites, then that would be a great deal. Isn't it?
