Best Telephone Recording Service

I plan to offer a paid telephone consultation service and wish to know what's the best way to record the calls so that I can offer a recording as well as a call transcript to clients.

What is the best bang for the buck service out there?

I have looked at FreeConferenceCall.com and while they claim to be free I am always wary of things that seem to good to be true.

I've looked at skype and how to record skype calls

I also wonder about GoToMeeting & GoToWebinar as I plan to do webinars as well

Grateful for any insights on best practices for these things that I want to do

    Have you looked at http://switch.co? I use them as my sole business line and they can record the call at a click of a button. It's $15 per month, so a killer price! Made by the fine folks who created Grand Central (later Google Voice).

    Before you focus on recording technology, make sure you get legalities taken care of.

    Check with federal rules and state privacy rules so you don't run afoul of the law.

    Make sure you follow the right procedures regarding saying a disclaimer at the beginning of the recording session, etc etc.
