Optimizepress is NOT mobile responsive? Is there a better Wordpress Theme for a membership site?

I'm setting up a new website using Optimizepress and today I realized the theme isn't mobile responsive. I bought it in 2013 so wanted to ask if anyone who has the most recent version can comment on whether or not this is still the case? I did search the FAQs at their site but came up empty.

If this is the case then clearly OP isn't the right theme for a main website, and I am left wondering what to do with my squeeze pages? I chose it for the squeeze page functions, and because ultimately I want to offer a membership option and that is built-into Optimizepress.

I'm thinking maybe there are better ways to go about this, so all feedback is welcome. Many thanks!

If you are talking about Optimize Press 1, then correct, it is not mobile responsive. If you are talking about Optimize Press 2, that is mobile responsive. Which one are you using?

If you are looking for a normal "website" theme, Divi by Elegant Themes, if you are looking for something for course structures, Optimize Press 2.

I would get any theme that is written in Bootstrap... Watch for that word, google it : bootstrap

What it is it's a framework that is already mobile friendly from the ground up!

SO...... the long story short, if you download a Wordpress Theme that was made on Bootstrap.... you're done!

    That's it...

Thanks, guys! It is good to hear that Optimizepress 2 is mobile responsive.

In the interest of not upgrading or spending money on a new theme, I went looking for a Wordpress plugin. I found WP Mobile Detector, which is is working, except the most important part of the page isn't showing; the signup form.

So then I tried another plugin, Mobile Smart. The form is there, and it looked great on my tablet, but not on my smartphone....

Taking into consideration that having many 'working parts' means more things that can go wrong in the future, I might choose to upgrade to Optimizepress 2 after all!

Editing to add this from the OP website, which I didn't know and now want: "You can use the plugin version of OP with any other theme if you want to keep your main blog design."

An Optimizepress plugin! I love this because I have a theme I really like, but need the features of OP. Now I can have both (once I upgrade to version 2 or course).

I love OP but recently I added the plugin version and it crashed my site.. Very disappointing.
