This is one of the reasons you do not out source your software to India.
I contracted a programmer in India to produce the exact same software in May of 2014.
I paid them a good chunk of change up front (yea I know
) and I have over 10 pages of Skype conversations documenting this. They gave me one excuse after another and then a year later I gave up. I then found out that they were developing programs for well know marketers who promote just about everything coming out. I talked to them about this particular programmer and they advised me to find someone else. I have these conversations also saved.
Now we are looking at Voice Stak and it is exactly what I designed over a year ago. I've sent messages to everyone and no one is responding. I can tell you this. You will have major issues with the voice recorder. Their samples are recorded with a smart phone as computer recordings are poor quality. You'll find that out right away.
If you try to record a sample on their website, you'll probably wait for several minutes while it processes - if it ever does.
The voice recorder is a breeze but it's not worth it.
Why am I telling you this?
You can get fooled by the sales hype and try it yourself and then file a dispute with PayPal (which you will) or wait for a week and watch for the complaints. I've been on this forum for 17 years and I'm going to speak up if I see a rip off.
If you're looking for a video recorder plugin to record your customer testimonials, they are free on the internet. Why pay $200 up front?
