Any idea how to catch someone at WPSocial.com???

Hi everybody,

I already try to catch support at WPSocial.com for 2 weeks but never received any reply.

I have problems with their plugin called Social Fanpage Builder but it is a shame that support sucks that much since Michael Johnson sold this business one year ago. :-(

Does anybody have any other contact details other than the contact form or support link at their homepage?
At their facebook page there is no way to post something as well. Tried to contact them at their fanpage but again no reply.

Hope someone here know swho teh new owner is and how to catch him.

    Write a FB message in your timeline and tag them in it, they will get a message.
    if it is negative they will respond to it.
    If they don't they really not care and are close to goodbye.

    thanks for your suggestions. It is much appreciated. I will test some of these options
    but as I mentioned Mike Johnson has nothing to do with WP Social any longer since he sold
    this buisness in 2014. Mike never would provide such a bad support.

    I wonder if nobody is working with the same plugin (WPSocial Fanpage Builder) or if so if
    they have problems connecting with Facebook apps as well?

      That's why I gave you the information on Matt Garrett and profitmarketer.com. If you still can't connect with Matt or his support via those 4 or 5 references I gave you then you may want to try to contact Mike. Maybe he can tell you how to get in touch with Matt (or whomever else you need to get in touch with, if anyone). Hopefully the plugin is not dead.

      I don't know what is going on with that specific product...I have not tried to use any of Matt's or Mike's plugins for a while.

    Hi Don,

    I just opened another ticket at their helpdesk since Matt replied that he has nothing to do with WP Social.

    Mike told me one day ago thatg he will contact the new owner of WP Social and let them know that they should contact me but until now .......you can imagine what happened?.....NOTHING :-(

    Yippieh, I already received response from the developer of the plugin and he was able to fix the problem.

    Waiting such a long time....but now I am happy. ;-)
