Has Anyone Tried Resale Rights Hosting?

This new membership site from Garland Coulson just launched and it looks impressive. Basically they give you all the resale rights products and automatically host them for you so you can just start selling. Makes you wonder why anyone would ever join a membership site that DIDN'T do this, and required you to download and upload your products.

My only concern would be with the quality of the products being offered and how easy it could be for the market to be saturated with everyone promoting the same products. Just wondering what other people thought of this.
