adwords site placement targeting

Hello,

Did someone used adwordsdigger for adwords site placement targeting?

Will you get better clicktru rates/conversions using the adword network using this technique?

I tried it last night seems good so far just simplifies the search for you.

I am using adwords digger. Most of the times you should be getting higher CTRs becasue you choose the sites yourself. But what I would do first is let Google choose the sites for me, and then decide whih ones convert best, and target them on placement targeting.

works site placement targeting only for adwords? Or are there also networks who offering this?

If this is the case there's ofcourse no software to track websites of these networks-)
