Question about similar site to Fiverr

I found this site which is very similar to fiverr, was thinking if anyone here ever used it before, and what your experience is?

I found one who would transcibe up to 3 hours for only 199 PHP which is really cheap, so I was kind of thinking if it was to good to be true

The site I am talking about is 199jobs.com

    I haven't ever seen it before now, but like Fiverr it would depend on the individual seller. The minimum wage in the Philippines is just $1 -2 a day depending on the location, and probably even lower in the agricultural sector, according to this article. So you'd be paying the equivalent of $4.21 US to the person (and the site probably takes around a dollar) so maybe they get around $3.50 for the 3 hours. Since the average salary is around $11,000 US per year, according to the article (which also states that that wage is probably higher than it is in reality), the $1.14 or so per hour is still less than half of the average salary but well above minimum wage. On another site I saw the average wage is only about $3600 US per year. It's a very poor country--I wouldn't say the price is too good to be true when you take all that into account.

    I have been using the Fiverr, Upwork & Freelancer. Most of the time I use the Upwork. There are many freelancer & Client is in these site. You can use any site from these, which you choose. Thanks a lot.
