Anyone heard of Giganet Web Hosting?

Hi:
I am going to build a web site and found advertisements online for Giganet Web Hosting and the rates are hard to believe. Has anyone had any dealings with them. I would like to save money until my new proposal turns into hard cash. But it won't help if the whole thing is a bomb.

    There's a saying "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is".

    It would be wise to do your research first before making a choice. Personally, I've never heard of them.
