My experience with Video Strike has been pretty bad. The program is non-responsive and locks up every time. I asked for a refund two days ago with no reply so far. Has anyone had any experience they would like to share?

    I submitted a ticket on 30/01 Ticket #983942 and still waiting for an answer. I decided that I did not want the software if that was the level of service I was going to get, plus I wanted some simple answers to a couple of queries and without my ticket being answered then I was not getting much value from the software. I asked for a refund on 4/02 and have not had a reply yet.

    Software was offered with a 30 day money back guarantee - I get the argument about buying software and refunding without any good reason but the software was offered with a 30 day guarantee and I have a funny feeling that I am going to have to take it further before I get any satisfaction.

    The moment I saw awful video demo on the sales page for Video Strike I realized it was junk. Stated the same in my review of the product. I even contacted the vendor regarding the poor video demo, but never received a response. The software lacks a lot of functionality (i.e. does not record audio). For that and other reasons steer clear!

      I never received a response to the query I sent to there service desk. I then asked for a refund and never received a reply. It was only when I opened a dispute with Paypal that I received a response. Once bitten twice shy with this vendor.
