Reclick BS?

PRODUCT REVIEWS

Hi warriors,

I have been slammed with emails regarding reclick software. The main reason im asking this is because I was in fact checking out another software that does the something, so it peaked my interest.

Normally, my BS radar goes off when the public 1# people are messaging, also youtube videos so-called reviews are all a waste of time. Not one person has actually installed the thing on their website and said "this is actually how it works".

So does someone have first hand experience and maybe can show a quick jing this does work?

The person behind this product is Precious NGWU. I've never bought any of his products because of past negative reviews and poor support.

I haven't bought ReClick and don't plan to because the hype machine is very strong on this one. I also noticed a lack of real reviews like you mentioned. Everyone that is pitching it needs to take a closer look at the product and do their homework before investing.

Ouch, I actually fell for the hype (shame on me, I generally know better...now)

But, I was trying ot figure out who really was selling this, it was confusing...if I'd known it was Precious, would have stayed far away (have personal exp.) maybe that was why it never really said who the seller was - his rep precedes him.

Ahh well, refund time

I also have trouble with their support, the first ticket got answered but it was also benefiting them since it was about a security problem, where other people's emails were coming into my account. The second ticket never got answered. I tried to push it up by commenting on it, but that apparently didn't help.

Third got answered but was misunderstood, I asked how to use ReClick Links and ReClick Landers from the upgrade since I don't see it anywhere, they just answered, "I have double checked our records and your account is upgraded to Pro."

What?, I never asked if I were upgraded, but how to use the upgrade. Which I also wrote to them, but they never answered back.

I tried again yesterday but have not heard back yet. The last ticket was 209897

And no, I was never rude, that's not how I am.

Does anyone know where I find the ReClick Links and ReClick Landers.

I think I got the extra templates, but without the ReClick Links and ReClick Landers, I have paid for an upgrade that only delivered 1/3 of what was promised.

No where in the help area did they ref reclick landers or links. Maybe since added? - Thats a redflag. Going back today to see if anything new - I hate to give it up. Konvertio is doing a launch today march 11 - similar but uses full screen flash vs pops ups to better serve the mobile market. I need to actually test to see of their stuff is responsive - I guess popups are not? A good pt if true if your market is heavy mobile.

Which way is best when requesting a refund, after merchant does not reply?

Paypal.

JVZoo is just the promotion platform.

Paypal has the power when it comes to disputes.

Did anyone have success in obtaining a refund?
I have emailed and gone through their support with only one initial response and nothing since.
Am about to go through PayPal resolution center but that is not easy either. Any suggestions please?
