Transferring Wordpress sites is a PITA. Check out this plugin.

I've moved a few sites in my day, and have avoided it like the plague because it never quite goes the way I wanted it to. Namely, the sites never look the same, images are messed up, functionality stops functioning the way it's supposed to, and the list of issues goes on.

Needless to say, it's never been something I've looked forward to.

Then yesterday, while moving a site for a client, I said screw it and started searching for plugins.

That's when I stumbled onto "All-In-One WP Migration".

Damn, man. I couldn't believe it was actually going to work, until it did.

Install the plugin, download the .wpress file, and then install Wordpress on your new host. Upload the plugin to the new host, and import the .wpress file.

Boom, site transferred.

I donated $500 to the dude. He's saved me so much time it's not even funny.

By the way, I have no affiliation to the guy, just so stoked that it worked that I had to donate and share it with the rest of the world.
