I think that is dependent upon the person and their ability.
I use photoshop but there are a ton of free products for use. Use Google and you can find a ton of them. |

Ludovic Thanks for the link but I'm looking for something more, a desktop app. I'm a designer so I know how to do it but I never seem to find a good banner app. Until now I have bean using ps but I need more I need flash and movement.
