OcktoShield will F..K up your site.
I just uploaded the plugin and activated the Hide function on one of my sites and wham it so messed up the theme and made it impossible to go in and deactivate it. I had to access the files through FTP and delete the plugin entirely.
Don't waste your money....
Wham this was screwed up...
Their demo shows an easy low content site to scan and in realty, if you have any serious blogs, you probably have around 5,000 files on it and you can expect a full scan to take around 5 hours. After 20 minutes, I was only at 9%.
Avoid this and save yourself the aggravation. If you have immediate FTP access, then take a chance but if not you'll be dead in the water for several days.
