HELP PLEASE, what hosting company is better than hostgator???
Hi warriors. I need help. I've been with hostgator for about 10 years and never had a problem until this year. I want to think it is coincidence, but I have had countries trying to hack into my site, and hostgator did try to help, so I thought, but sent me to their partner sitelock who told me that it'd be $250+ to fix the problem and 50 a month to keep it that way.
My boss, on the other hand, has been building sites that are doing very well for a few months now, and Hostgator stopped his websites without telling him. He called them and they told him that he went over his bandwidth.
While I do understand the issue with the bandwidth, I do not understand their 'customer service'. They never even gave him a warning. Now it's costing him $ for them to do something to get the sites back up, and he'll have to pay another 200 a month to keep them running,
