SEO Neos support issues
I purchased SEO Neos Elite, and it crashes on me when I try to do an On-Page Analysis.
I informed their support, and they "fixed that issue" & then told me to un/reisntall the software. I uninstalled, cleaned my registry, rebooted, then reinstalled the software (just as they requested).
I got back to them, and told them very succinctly that they did not "fix the issue", and asked them what they were going to do (since their solution did not fix my problem). I have not heard back from them, and that was 5 days ago. I find that this kind of support is not acceptable.
In the future, I would recommend that everybody thinks twice about purchasing software from TeknikForce, as they do not support their products. I will be going to PayPal to request a full refund of my purchase price from them.
