Stephan Ducharme's www.ContactThem.com....

Hello Warriors...

I need the low down on this gentleman and his program.

No sales copy please... just the facts.

I have read so many bad reviews, but would appreciate a response from some of the respected members of this forum.

Thanks...

Tod

Well, how many bad reviews do you need before you make up your mind?

I'll just say, "Stay away, stay far, far away," but I get the feeling you're looking for a reason to buy.

You won't get it from me.

same here I had a bad experience with them I was one of the lucky few who was able to get a refund

the internet is cluttered with disappointed buyers

Seems Stephan Ducharme works through sales reps that work on commission and take the hit for refunds so they are very reluctant to issue any refunds since it affects their bottom line

so I never ever got to communicate with Stephan, could be he is using this name as a personna

who ever writes his copy does capture the unsuspecting

but I too will not give you a reason to buy

the warrior forum has to much to offer look into the war room

I bought this person's product when I was very very new although I don't know if that product still exists today. Asked for refund and he offered to send me a different product instead of accepting the refund that if I accepted it, I wouldn't get the refund.

His proposal is fair but why in the world would I want another product produced by the same person when I was disappointed in the delivery to begin with? If it was like, "Sorry for the transaction, but I am going to send you this short report just for trying out my system" or something along the line of "thank you for taking the risk," I would have thought differently about the transaction.

I don't have any opinion about him, but it's interesting seeing his name brought up like this publicly several years later.

            Not really Kim.

I suspect he waits for a new crop of "newbies" to appear
            after the dust has settled.

I made about $3k promoting that site through their affiliate program but it was really difficult collecting the commission payments. Eventually they paid me, but I had to keep pestering them over and over again before they would send me the commissions - I got paid several months late and had to go through a lot of effort to collect the payments.

I'd not recommend them, while the sales page converts quite well, the program itself is not what its cracked up to be and they don't treat their affiliates very well.

I didnt start this thread but I thank everyone for the replies.

For those who don't know, this product is pretty much an e-mail harvester. It claims to be able to get the e-mails of all the reps of any home business so you can then send them messages.

It sounded fishy to me, but all too appetizing. I contacted an affiliate who offered to "prove" it to me by getting all the e-mail addresses of one of my domains.

Whoop de doo, youve got the admin@domain.com and a few others, not worth the money or time.

Your post mistakenly refers to a "gentleman" and that's not a word that I would use in association with the name you mentioned.

I would suggest that the "bad reviews" have some substance.

I am not looking for a reason to buy... and yes, it appears that 'gentleman' is a loose translation of the word.

However, I do not believe in bashing people based on the report of a blog post or an article I find online.

The keywords 'scam' and 'review' are often included in blog posts and articles about a person or program for various reasons.

Mainly, marketing or reverse marketing is the motivation behind 'an honest review' OR a 'scam alert'... which brings me back here.

Do you see how people above posted their opinions without using the terms "scammed" and "scammer" directly referring to Stephan Ducharme?

You should take note. This thread is now more likely to get nuked. I don't think it should be, but your post probably pushes it over the line.

Maybe this thread should be moved to the reviews section?

There might even already be a thread there for this.

Personally - I would just like to know how to get out of his database - the contactthem.com 'system' (and I use the term loosely) apparently has several of my sites in their database - I must get a hundred messages a month from people that have bought into it -

I bought some sort of directory poster, or some such software from him once. I'm convinced it was vaporware - it scrolled through sites like it was posting, but could never find my link on any of the sites.

I emailed support and never heard back, then tried to get a refund with no success. I have also had problems with his affiliates spamming me via email. So, I too say - stay away.

Why in the world would you want to get out of their database?

Really, the income potential from receiving ContactThem spam is mind-boggling. Let's do a quick "Email Processor Job" table on this one...you know...the ones that say "if you process this many emails you'll make this much money..."

      OK, here we go:

If You Get 5 ContactThem Spams That's $24,000/Month!
If You Get 10 ContactThem Spams That's $48,000/Month!
If You Get 10 ContactThem Spams That's $120,000/Month!

      ;-)

Note: for those of you who haven't seen the emails ContactThem sends, here's a sample that will clarify the above "profit potential table"...

Wow i came across this this week - I have heard of him before but did not investigate previously.

I read a couple of his ebooks. the information is standard advice reguarding JV's.
He does not openly espouse4 spamming but it seems that is how the software is being used.

It is $50 per week if i recall correctly to use the software which is absurd.

How can someone legally continue to scam people without getting stopped by any legal entity? Reading this thread, it sounds as if Stephan Ducharme has scammed people for years but he continues to do so. Is there no way to legally stop this kind of thing?

Wait. The concept of spamming websites with misleading deceptive messages is "great" somehow? LOL.
