Default Hexatrack?

Hi Guys,

I would like to share my experience with Hexatrack. I have subscribed to Hexatrack two months back. After two months of usage I could not get anything out of it maybe because I am a newbie. Decided to cancel my subscription after one month of usage and informed the support department of Hextrack. I informed them that because I have already paid for second month, I will use it for that month and there should not be any bill for 3rd month. Even reminded them couple of days before the billing date. I have sent few mails and not received a single reply. Every time got an automated ticket number. My billing date was 26th August and on 27th August I have called the credit card company to confirm if I have got any transaction from Clickbank. They informed me not yet and because I have not received any reply from Hexatrack people, I left with no choice but to cancel my card. I was lucky because of the time zone difference between Singapore and U.S. Next day received a failure transaction mail from Clickbank. Again sent few mails to Amish and Hexatract support but all in vain. I was bit reluctant to post this message because I have learnt a lot from Amish. Daily I am receiving mail from him promoting some product but no one is replying to a customer who has paid USD 197 for first month and USD147 for second month. Almost there is zero activity on Hexatrack forum as well. So be careful before subscribing to it.

Cheers!
Rajesh

Good sharing here. We better avoid
programs that are not trusted.
Nowadays, there are lots of
untrusted programs available
on the internet..

I think amish has so much on his plate that the support on Hexatrack is lacking..

I like it though its my preferred SpyTool..

Why did'nt you just contact ClickBank to cancel the rebill, that what I always do as unfortunately some merchants dont really do much when it comes to losing a customer.

Yes it is always better to go directly to Clickbank to cancel or refund a subscription.
