Run time error '9' with micronichefinder

Hello Warriors,

I just bought micronichefinder software. However, while trying to install the software, i got the below message;

Runtime error '9':
Subscript out of range

Please, has anyone come across this error before and how was it resolved?

I haven't had this error, but I strongly recommend you to contact James Jones
