Is konker.io a scam?

I recently subscribed to konket.io - the SEO marketplace of source wave. I joined there thinking that as Alex Becker is the owner of Source Wave, so the marketplace must be good.

After 1 day, I found that there is no active support system, I was facing problem submitting my offer, but there is no one to provide support.

When you are taking subscription charge, then you must have some value. I found almost zero value for konker.io. I already canceled the subscription.

Now my question is, is konker.io a scam ?

    No, we've used it before several times. Although there are (just like Fiverr) a lot of poor quality gigs there. Just be careful of what you buy and do your research.

    KONKER is Broken....

    Whenever you are issued a refund (for whatever reason) the Konker system is supposed to refund your paypal account.... however is DOES NOT.... even though your account will indicate that you have been refunded you will not get the money back in your paypal account

    Alex Becker needs to fix KONKER so the refunds are returned to your paypal account

    And Alex Becker need to set up a support system at KONKER

    And Alex Becker (Konker) needs to STOP STEALING MY MONEY

      I think it's just a user error and you're not smart enough to figure it out.

        No user error bright boy as I've seen others voicing the same complaint, and no reply from the the merchants or Konker support... but I did get full refunds from Paypal, so I'm all Good and Konker won't see another dime from me!

          im still waiting for my refund

          zero support frm konker, except i got sent a link to paypal explaining how to get a refund like wtf??

          ive tried getting refunds from paypal in the past and it takes so long to process - so i dont bother anymore with them.

            The refund process might be slow with Paypal but in the end you WILL get refunded, so just submit a claim and carry on with life and soon enough you'll get your money back and you've won... don't let Konker win!

    I tried to post a gig there and it gave me an error over and over. Like it has been mentioned here there is no support. I even joined their facebook page to try to get support. They just told me nothing was wrong with the site.

    No it is not scam, it is basically Fiverr or just your usual job site. But according to this thread it seems like it has some issues.
