is vick strizheus legit?

i've came across his 4% percent group group and it does seem pretty solid. I will probably be purchasing the monthly membership. But i'm a little skeptical because some people think he is a scam artist. Has anybody tried this program and had any results??

    His marketing is slick but very reminiscent of numerous other people from the same mold who eventually end up in one place. I'm sure people have success with some of what he offers but are the success stories just affiliates promoting?

    Bernie Madoff probably had a lot of success stories also.
