I am looking at that also: $497 recurring monthly income sounds good. However, if i choose to do this I will hire a sales line for the calls as it isnt practicle for me otherwise. I'll be calling 3 businesses like that tomorrow to see if its affordable for me. |

I ordered it and today were the first meetings I'd scheduled with this system and the morning customer bought both the seo system and I sold him a Google local map listing that is specialized for his business and the afternoon client is giving me a check tomorrow so I'm satisfied and I haven't done my direct mailing about the offer yet ! If you're unsure about it then crawl back in your hole but if you want to meet clients and make money then sign up. (buy it from me and I'll throw in a couple of bonuses ! ) Needless to say, David got this right. As usual. |

What do you know about the SEO service he recommends? I thought it was odd that there were no samples of the work they've done on the site. I look forward to a review of the work they do for you. Added: David's help desk declined to provide any samples of the outsourced work. |

I have to agree with Amy. I bought the course and it was exactly what I was looking for but I'm a little concerned about the SEO service since the only example is David's and the kws "legendary consultant." Now to be fair, the SEO techniques are pretty simple, they just take some work, so I tried duplicating what they did by submitting a few press releases and articles and several popped up on page 1 for Google's local results pretty quickly, even 1 hour after submitting them; however, they died off after a few days so you would need to keep it up. So I'm just wondering if I could outsource similar SEO work and maybe pay a lower price, maybe someone else has another opinion. |

@goinglocal - you're right, David does teach to do this all be done by postcards and phone and the SEO is outsourced but if you have experience in face-to-face it can only help to build the trust factor with business owners or decision makers.

@goingup - I have read that as well, it's a different kind of method than Local SEO, I think it's a great way to work offline but to me it's something I would do once I was more comfortable marketing offline, actually you should start another thread asking about this so that others can give their opinion.

I haven't bought this... I've thought about it, but I wish there were more reviews. I wonder what his outsourcing team can do that mine can't. I would be interested in seeing his ad copy... As far as $797 per month... That's nothing in the offline business world. I've run into several businesses spending over $2,000 per month for yellow book ads and dumb directories and stuff. I wish someone would give a solid review of David's package though. His stuff in the past has been good. |

Daves system is a solid offine strategy. Basically it goes like this. Get leads with either yellow pages 'scraping' or manual website searching. You then post off post cards with a simple script, he has a company listed who does this, you can find your own though. After that you get calls, i ahve found about a 4% return on inquiries v cards sent. Outsouce your seo work to a company or elancer / freelancer. Collect difference between 797 and seo outsource. Rinse and repeat! Don |

I have to disagree with this. $797/month is nothing. The only way you would have trouble pitching something for $797/month is if YOU feel you're not worth $797/month. Many businesses out there will pay easily over $1000/month for SEO services because they either don't know how to do it on their own or they don't have the time to do it on their own. And depending on the type of business, sometimes all they need is one additional sale a month to justify the added cost. | |
