Article Marketing Automation or Free Traffic System? What's best?

It's hard to compare and select among the bests, they've been doing their part and I think it's fair enough to respect their differences.

Have you looked at Mass Article Control? Thats what I use and it's been very helpful. I haven't heard of free traffic system but I'll take a look just out of curiosity.

I tried the free version of FreeTrafficSystem. Every time I submit an article in a competitive niche, it won't go through saying that there is already similar article in the system. I used MagicArticleRewriter and rewritten countless times to make it unique so that the FTS will accept it. But it won't accept. What a waste of time. May be they want me become a PRO member. Well, not before I get to test your system.
On the other hand AMA is pretty decent. They have built in spinner. Though the spinner is bit slow, the over all site is much faster than FTS.

@sparkie2260 - I am going to take a look at Mass article control at some point but I think it is a different beast to AMA and FTS.

@naughtyneo - I have only just started using FTS and they have accepted 3 of my articles in reasonably competitive niches without a problem. I don't think they are trying to scam you to get you to upgrade. I don't get that impression from them. But who knows, maybe they are and I just haven't used them long enough yet? Have you tried contacting them. I do agree, with you. I am going to use their free service for a little while to see the results first before investing.

@marketingstatic - yep, you are right. I am just trying to get the most bang for my buck and save myself more time and yet still get better results. I have already used AMA so I know all about that. I will keep using FTS on the free version for now to track the results before making a decision.

I have submitted a lot of articles to FTS in competitive niches in the past without any problems. I have mostly used articles written by myself or by my trusted freelancers who write regularly for me. I think you may be trying to use plr articles and using some article re-writing software on them. Article re-writers will not change the content 100% but only about 40-50%, and hence FTS might be catching up the article saying it is duplicate content. I suggest you try some articles of your own.

Hi Carlton and rest of the guys....how are you?

Besides all the other services mentioned..You can do a research on MAN...My Article Network.com...it is run by Matt Callen and as you guys know the Callen brothers are well known for the software they put out...and this one is pretty good...I left the service few months back and my sites went a little down in the rankings...and this month rejoined the service and it looks that my sites are pushing up again...I do not attribute all to MAN but I know it helped a lot....

Man is in partnership with AMA so I guess it will similar, they share the blogs in their network, but you can do a research if you like....

Agreed. If you want to use FTS, you cannot use PLR articles to spin. You will need an original article or rewrite the PLR article at least 80 percent before you spin your article.

So far I have used original articles and rewritten PLR articles to spin the articles and there is no problem of acceptance by FTS.

oh my god, what an ugly interface, and very poor stats and network.

AMA... well there are no rules with AMA

I haven't used FTS so can't comment there, but with AMA if you are able to, try to do a 3 version spin that is 3 levels deep.

What I mean is 3 versions of the same article, and then for every major word do a 3 level spin (e.g. house, becomes house~home~abode).

Through our tests by doing this we've been able to compare 100 spun articles against eachother (from the seed article) that was at worst 61% unique, and at best 87% unique (yes, it was a 7, not a bs stat).

Doing this you'll get a far higher acceptance rate, might take a little longer, but your acceptance rate will boost and therefore so will your rankings.

Thanks dturner, for letting us under the cover of your stats, that was very useful.

I lot of people are talking about spinning the article, which I didn't really intend to be the topic of my post. But because it has been mentioned I actually use Magic Article Rewriter (used to use power article rewriter but have now changed) to spin my articles and I love it.

You really don't get to see the advantage of it properly untill you have used it on a few articles and applied lots of tokens, and then you can just plug an article in and press a button and you will have a spun article or mass of articles that you have programmed yourself. Then I can just press another button and tell it to mass write say 100 or 1000 or whatever articles, all spun and perfectly readable. Similar in a way to what it sounds like Mass Article Control is supposed to do.

Loving it, and very easy to use.

Mass is a joke. Article Post Robot has a spin feature to make articles unique, and there is a coupon out there sometimes which makes it 87.00, Articlesubmitter is good but a pay service but with 10,000 sites and UAW. Want links done the right way, this is a pay service also but LINK Juicer is so smartly done its scary.

Between FTS and MAN, MAN seems to be better because:

- it has more number of blogs. For a themed article that I posted on MAN, there was no issue in getting it drip-posted across 30-40 blogs. In case of FTS, this number was less than 12

- the rewriter in MAN is awesome. if you use it effectively,you can create a pretty nice uniqueness in rewritten article.

- Brad is very supportive and cares to respond diligently, in the event you have any issues.

- MAN covers many different categories than FTS.

I use AMA (same as MAN) in my business, and I get a lot of backlinks with it. I use other methods to get links at the same time though.
