Linkvanna and TrafficKahuna

I would like to know what most warriors think of using these link building tools. I know they have limited membership and are somewhat pricey but are they a strong enough tool to warrant the monthly fee? Opinions appreciated.

I did some reading about LV yesterday because of the email I got with a free 5-day trial. I am hesitant because the sales page does not reveal much in the way of details, ie, when you write a blurb to post to their proprietary network, how many sites does that blurb get posted to? One? I'm considering it in addition to the $150/month I pay for outsourcing Angela/PJ's packets. I can then see which is better. But if I have to write (or hire) for 80 blurbs to get 80 links then it's a lot of work. Therefore I want to know more, and the site doesn't provide more.

I also wonder if these link networks won't eventually get figured out by Google. Heck, all you need to do to figure out the blog network is to simply subscribe, use a brand new domain, put up specific content on LV, wait for it to be indexed, and search Google for that exact content. You'll find all of the blogs that the content was posted to. If I was google and i wanted to get rid of these networks I'd just subscribe and then blacklist the sites..
