Magic Video Player

I would have to say that I am probably the most qualified warrior to do a review on the Magic Video Player program. I began using it when it first started.

At first there were minor glitches as expected with new programs and I simply learned to back up my videos and the sites they were on and usually caught any down time within an hour, but then things got progressively worse and just recently it became down right miserable. The customer support is absolutely the worse. I've lost every video in the program 3 times in the last 2 years and it took on average about 20 hours work to replace them. About a month ago, all the videos "Magically" disappeared again and support's only excuse again was "the tech who was responsible is no longer here". This time I lost about 60 videos and another 15-20 hours of work.

If you have been involved with Magic Video Player, you know exactly what I am talking about and you should reply to this so other warriors do not make the same mistake. If you would like to talk to me privately about how to deal with this, send me a PM.

This is an update on my previous review.

It has been almost a month since the review was posted and 3 months since the program actually worked. This morning I sent their support another email asking for the 72 videos that we supposed to be streaming for which I paid a lifetime access fee and copied the request to their GMail account. If you are considering using a streaming service I would strongly urge you to avoid the headaches and expenses I have experience by not using this program.
