Best Wordpress Plugin to sell my service?

Well the site is in my Signature.. but I have yet to find a good plugin to use..

I'd like a plugin that allows the user to submit a form such as the backlinking and site information that I will need..and then proceed to checkout. Can I do this with paypal? I think I could Add more fields to checkout somehow to meet my needs?

Should I go with an ecommerce style plugin?

What are you guys using.. what have you tried and liked/disliked?

You can add a few drop downs and a few text boxes within you Paypal button code quite easily. If you need more spaces, you will need to get a little more technical with the code.

Or you could have a simple payment button and on the payment confirmation page (after payment sent) have a basic form there where customers can fill in their info and submit it to you that way.
