2CO (two checkout) shopping cart service what do you think?please advice

I am planning on using 2CO for a site I am building for my wife's business. I have talked to them and it seems like a very good deal. I won't know though until I have actually tried them though.

I have been using 2Co for few years.. And i a, very happy with their service.
and they are adding more and more stuff like Paypal, Affiliate network....


For a new customer of them i can give you two tips:

1. Just recently a friend of mine applied for their Vendor account,
and after 2-3 weeks account is still in review process....

It was not the case few years back..but now as they have got much
business and large vendor base, to cover their things they have been strict
to new vendors...

so before you apply for the account..try to make your website..
list your product description very clearly...as they say they are not payment processors,
but product resellers on your behalf...and they want to know exactly what product
you are going to sell, as they do not want to be the part of any mystery product..
so make sure you have very professional and descriptive website about your products...

Also they may ask you FAX them some forms..do not worry this is normal procedure,
simply fill the form and send them...

2. When you have got your account, and you are allowed to SELL...this will be great
moment to make sales there....and then once again another process which may
make you frustrated or confused....

i.e. they send payments bi-weekly...but for the first time you may see little delay in
your payment...it is again their normal procedure..before issuing you the payment...
they want to make sure,,that you made legitimate sales, you have delivered the products
to the customers and your customers are happy with you...they do this by calling random
customers and asking them how they rate your service/products....

(I know many sellers become very frustrated and angry at this step but i always suggest
to be little patient as this is ONE time process and onward you will never see a delay
in your bi-weekly payment cycle...)

for their account confirmation dso you think that if I call them and ask them tha I'm in hury to launch a product do that will accelerate the application acceptance?

I'm reading the 2co help forum since the morning and I found that they have in place a fraud checking process after the purchase made by a client so that takes between 20-30 for the client to get the download

do that will hurt sales?
