Hi to web site gurus, I need to purchase a screen capture software to create videos that can be used on my cdroms? I've seen Camtasia but its $299.00 and want to know if there are any cheaper software that can do the same. Any suggestions will be a great blessing. |

Try theis alternative: Jing | Add visuals to your online conversations If you want, you can download Camtasia for 30-days free trial, once you've made money with the videos, buy the full version. |

I use Camtasia and have been very pleased. It is intuitive and makes for easy dummy editing of your videos and does one click wonders for audio track cleanup which I appricate after mannually strugling with filters and compressers in Audible. If you dont mind the price, it is strongly recommended.

I've heard Camstudio is a good free alternative to Camtasia.

[QUOTE=crankit98;1250424-----I've seen Camtasia but its $299.00 and want to know if there are any cheaper software that can do the same-----[/QUOTE] See Josh Anderson's recommendations in the thread below. You can use a combination of free and paid software that gives you a result being as good as or better than what you would get using Camtasia. And the combined price of the paid softwares is 1/3 of the price of Camtasia alone. ![]() Good luck! http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...camstudio.html |
