Easy Article Rewriter

Does any one know whethere there is an offline version of Andy Black's Easy Article Rewriter? There are many times I could use it when not anywhere near an internet connection.

FWIW, there are a number of offline article spinners that
will fit the bill, but these are not free.

I just wanted to mention here that the "easy article rewriter" is a great piece of free online script. The way it has been designed makes rewriting articles so easy. I use it all the time. Thanks Andy for the great service.
