Please cut out the affiliate links

Over the last few days, there have been loads of posts where the poster has included an affiliate link in their signature. There are some rules here (in the sticky post above) and number seven reads

7. No Affiliate Links - Sorry but if we allowed affiliate links in these reviews it would be a big ad forum within a few days instead of an unbiased review forum.

I've been giving posters 'gentle warnings' about this as it's usually a question of ignorance rather than an attempt to scam the forum. However, as from now, I'm just going to remove posts. You have been warned ;-)

I'm bouncing this because some people are still using affiliate links in their signatures. We have a zero-toleration policy on this. Remove the affiliate link or your posts will be removed.

Hi Bro, I think they need to learn the hard way. Flash them the yellow and the red cards!

I'm bumping this for one final time. People are still putting affiliate links into signatures. That's not allowed anywhere on the main Warrior forums but is a particular problem in this forum, where we must be sure that the reviews are independent and not motivated by commissions.

I'm now just deleting posts, whatever the merits, and I invite all you member-moderators to use your red and yellow cards and/or to PM me about problem posts.
