Hi,

I was a little hesitant to make this post as I wanted to keep this 'golden nugget' of a company to myself but then thought, why not pass on the knowledge as I know these guys (and gals) can scale up their workload.

I hadn't looked into outsourcing before as I kind of carried out the mundane task of link building etc myself. Over recent months though I have struggled to find the time.

I discovered by pure chance this outsourcing company in India called Pragmites and decided to give them a shot at carrying out some work for me. Well, all I can say is 'Wow'. Not only do these guys speak and write better English than me (I kid you not!) the prices and service they offer is excellent. Getting hold of my main contact there is never a problem. If I email, he emails back very quickly. If I contact him via Skype, he is there and the communication between us is fantastic.

Considering this company is my first port of call I feel so lucky to have found a gem like these. They've already carried out a few link building campaigns for me, all of which have resulted in great results with regards to rankings. They send detailed reports to and all the work was carried out to my specification and time scales. They are also clued on on the best ways to do things too.

Anyway, I just wanted to share this knowledge with you. If you have had a bad experience with outsourcing your work, or are thinking of outsourcing but are not sure who to contact, give this team a try. I believe they do all kinds of outsourcing work such as link building, article submissions, article writing, web development / design etc etc. They have a dedicated team for each one.

@Andy - You really have made my day if not month! We have received a fair amount of positive word though this is certainly the best. Thank You for this! I also believe that the reason why we have delivered what was promised is because of the Clear Cut instructions that you provided us with.

While I will always be reachable on Skype for anyone, we normally dedicate a virtual assistant to all our clients. This helps keep all our projects manageable and responses prompt.

Hey Gaurav,

Yes, I just wanted to share my findings with the other Warriors. I know some that have outsourced haven't had the best experience, especially with outsourcing SEO. It's purely because they haven't found the right person or team.

I know how good you guys are now with your service, response times and quality of work so wanted to pass on my findings. I know you guys can deal with an increased workload if people decide to use you.

Thanks for revealing your "golden nugget", Andy. I've been considering outsourcing to leverage my time but have been too busy to set aside the time to do the search and the screening. : ( With Gaurav providing a well-written response in this thread, I may just skip the search and give them a try. : )

On the coming Tuesday we have a bunch of 9 people joining us here at Pragmites. They will undergo training for the first month and then we would be ready to scale up considerably.

Today, we break for a Long Weekend. On the coming Monday, here in India we celebrate the New Year.

According to Wiki which I would say is absolutely accurate :

"On the day of Diwali , many wear new clothes and share sweets and snacks. Some North Indian business communities start their financial year on Diwali and new account books are opened on this day."

Being a new financial year we Pray to the Godess of Wealth (Laxmi) to bless us for the coming year!
