Default CopyWriting Software

See a lot of good Article Writing software, but what about copywriting software?

Can't a software be designed in this realm as a teaching tool, like article writing software, as well as adding more speed and efficiency?

I have just starting a site about "Hard To Find Software" called, coincidentally enough hardtofindsoftware.com that has two links to exactly the kind of software you are asking about: ScribeJuice and BURPIES. Probably two of the best out there.

Built in swipe files, help with headlines, sub-heads, lead-ins, transitions, power words, hypnotic copy, sentence breaking, and even some split testing tools, templates, etc. They can create letters for offline and landing pages for online.

ScribeJuice was designed by Michale Fortin if that is any help - one of the best and most successful copywriters on the internet.

Hope that helps!

Thanks, I'll look those up.

Curious why they are in the " hard to find " categories, what, no one makes any current decent one's?

Or maybe such software is unprofitable.

I don't own ScribeJuice but I was considering it a while ago - and, if I recall correctly, it had some very good reviews.

Remember, though, that no software or template can ever take the place of copywriting knowledge and experience.

Well, my domain and site is called "HardToFindSoftware" I got the idea from Michael Senoff who owns "Hard to Find Seminars" - I was happily surprised when I found out the domain was available so I grabbed it up.

It's not that the software is so "hard to find" it is that to find the collection of stuff I am gathering up will be easy to find at my site, but hard to find otherwise.

I'll have to look at Yaniks stuff - no doubt probably pretty good.

The fact is though to be a good copywriter you have to have/do a few things:

1.) Love to write - no getting around that.
2.) Love to read - same.
3.) Practice, practice, practice.
4.) practice some more - and copy other winning letters and copy. And read books like "Hypnotic Writing" by Joe Vitale, and the entire archived set of newsletter by Gary Halbert (which you can get in pdf form along with 249 other copywriting books from me for seven bucks - little plug there) but his stuff is still on the web for free last time I checked. Read anything by Eugene Schwartz.

After that the programs will help you and remind you of what you have learned - like a good spell checker or grammar checker. No matter the claims, they wont write your letter for you.

I think Michel just helped promote it when it launched, not sure how much he had to do with designing the thing.

ScribeJuice had a lot of promise but also a lot of bugs.

Last time I spoke to the creator he was having a few cashflow problems and had all but given up on supporting the product. Have things changed since then?

Yeah, I get that.

Just something to help keep it structured.

Title, subtitle, empathy, questions, bullet points, limited time offer, etc,... and the interchangeable parts and where , but keeping in mind to keep them captivated for the few seconds they look and extending that captivation longer by appealing to what they want.

Resurrecting an old thread, was doing a search on cbtrends.com and noticed that scribejuice has just been relisted on clickbank. From the sales page it looks like it is still coming together for a relaunch or as Matt says it is dying. I heope its the former as copywriting is one of my big weaknesses and need a few shortcuts!
