Affiliate System Help Needed!

Hey guys,

This might sound like a bit of a rookie question but my shopping cart system - Nanacast.com - has pretty thorough affiliate management system.

The challenge is that I have never done anything with affiliates. I've always just made money by driving PPC and SEO.

Accordingly I have no idea how to set up & operate an affiliate system:

What are Link Campaigns?
What are Affiliate Tools?

Any advice or resources that could give me a walk through would be MUCH appreciated!

Just one question have you looked these up on Wikipedia? Just wondering how newbie this question is.

Hi Sean,

I doubt anyone here has worked with that particular affiliate tracking system as it's just part of your cart and not a well known affiliate management program. So as far as setting up and operating that particular system, my guess is you'll probably have to just read the docs as each affiliate tracking solution is different.

But if you want to learn more general info about how to set up and run a successful affiliate program, Shawn Collinshas assembled free affiliate manager videosto help you set up and manage your affiliate program. Here they are:

They won't have any info about your program in particular but there is some great general info to help get you started.
