I just received an email about PPC Classroom 3.0, Im not sure if its available yet though..
Has anyone had any luck with any of the PPC Classroom's? I was thinking about purchasing the second one a few months ago, but I never got around to it.. Is ppc Classroom 3.0 even better than the previous 2 releases? If so I may just jump the gun and buy it if possible.. Thank you

FWIW, I bought it the last time it came out.
Popped it in the DVD player. Found it so ridiculously out of date and beginner level, I canceled the subscription. If the DVD was supposed to make a good impression, it didn't. Direct linking was already out at the time of the release and they were teaching... guess what... direct linking. Definitely not something I respected. Peace |

I followed the release closely.I know nothing of the history of this system , but in the end I did not trust them. I couldn't tell you why.
It seems that everyone and their dog are doing the $1 promotion , only to hit you on the head after with $97/ mth then say that they are doing you a favour. Wierd |

Hi
I tried the first one. Although the information was good, I later found it elsewhere for free. I lost a lot of money on google. You really have to know what you are doing. I cancelled my membership after a few months but they allow you to keep loging in to get access to the courses you already paid for. You just cannot access anything new that they post. Bottom line is everyone is different so one man's meat is another man's poison. |

I joined last October have been in for a year now and find most everything very useful. Some of the strategies I learned helped me better structure Adwords campaigns. I joined to learn ways to improve my Adwords/PPC implementation. Our company is a distributor telecom products, which are somewhat technical in nature. I was able to achieve a 50% increase in sales this year over last due to my Adwords campaigns and to decrease my PPC spend. Some of the stuff may be boring if you have been in Internet Marketing for a while, but for me when people are making six and seven figures from internet marketing I tend to listen. Anyway because it is only $1 right now to join, you can easily check it out without putting up a lot of money.

This new version advocates building landing pages. It also discusses places where direct linking might work but stresses its limitations.
Having spent the evening going through about a dozen of the training courses, I can vouch for the quality. I'd heard mixed reviews of prior versions but so far I'm impressed. One caveat, when purchasing the $1 14 day trial watch out for all the "special offers" that come at you. That aside, I'd recommend this for any beginner or intermediate internet marketer... |

More often than not people over-focus on the $1 trial and the bonuses being offered.
Increasingly nowadays, the actual product is way down the list of importance as people tend to shop around to see what bonuses are being offered in the bonus wars which are now an integral part of any product launch - My bonus is bigger than your bonus sort of thing, a bit like being back in the playground ;-) Personally, once I see a cheap trial, (like $1), I know almost beyond a shadow of doubt it is going to be an intense OTO process and when I read that I can keep the bonuses, "even if you leave", then obviously the bonuses are totally worthless and would have just taken up my time, (which like everybody else I just don't have enough of), seeing what they are all about before I actually discover they are worthless. Paying out $97 per month on a continuity program to learn about landing pages and PPC basics seems a bit ludicrous when there is so much quality basic information from established experts available for free or a one off payment with an option for some 1 on 1 with a real expert. A 1 on 1 means you get away from the usual forum environment offered with many programs where everybody has an opinion and people who haven't made a buck are giving out advice. PPC is a cut throat business for those that don't know, and don't think that anybody offering you bonus reports on Yahoo and Bing are doing you any favors and opening up a simple and cheap alternative to Google. It does seem sensible for anybody wishing to seriously go the PPC route to completely avoid the overdone hype and bonus wars and pay for the quiet counsel of a PPC professional. Why be part of the herd when you can learn to be a thinking professional? Just my 2c, Ade |

So, I take it you don't hold ppc classroom 3 in high regards. What exactly do you mean by "learn to be a thinking professional"?

No disrespect to PPC 3 and other membership programs but they are designed to keep members paying every month and learning something like PPC is something you need to do as quickly as possible and be a thinking professional sooner rather than later. It's just my opinion. 1000 ways to skin a cat :-) Ade

A Real big miss..
I signed up using my email associated with PPC 2.0and Affiliate Classroom.. I was directed for free to a page under the title "Affiliate Classroom 2.0", nothing about PPC 3.0 I thought something was wrong, I went through again using another email address and paid $1, and to my surprise, I ended up with the very same page!!!!!!! I canceled the billing (as I have access already through my PPC 2.0), what's funny is that, I couldn't access now any of the 2 accounts!!!! Really, I never learn about these guys

As of 9:36 am PST if you click on the link sent in the e-mail this morning, it sends you to a different "affiliate classroom 2.0" web page instead of the original ppc classroom 3.0 sales page that was up yesterday. Weird. Technical glitch? <Scratches Noggin...>

All I know is, put in a fake phone number if that's part of the signup. I tried PPC Classroom 2.0 and I put my phone number in there...
BIG MISTAKE. I constantly got calls from them trying to promote other crap. Had to give them a good cursing to get them to stop. 9pm phone calls from an Internet Marketer is not something I'm a fan of. |

I signed up for my $1 trial yesterday, too. There were a stunning number of upsell offers to wade through.
I've had the same experience of being taken to the Affiliate Classroom 2 side of the site, rather than the PPC Classroom 3 side. I've tried numerous means to contact them for help, including entering a couple of trouble tickets. Finally, after posting a comment complaining about all this on one of their sales blogs, I got an e-mail from someone who finally saw the problem I was having, and said they'd have Tech look into it. Later, I discovered a couple of ways to get to the elusive PPC Classroom 3 side of the site: 1) Click on the Support tab up top. When you go to the Support page, then both the AFC2 and PPC3 tabs magically show up on the left hand side. You can then click the tab for PPC Classroom 3. or 2) Click on the Home link in the navigation bar, and then change the "ac" part of the URL to be "ppc". This will also take you over to the PPC Classroom 3 side of the site. OK. So now you've finally gotten to the site you've paid for. But here's the next problem: If you open the recommended syllabus for beginners shown there, the first block of courses they recommend you go through are courses from over on the Affiliate Classroom side. **sigh** OK, so you navigate using the cumbersome approaches above back to that side. It lets you take the first course (100.1), but when you go to take the 2nd recommended course it tells you that you don't have access and that'll be $30 for that course, please. ![]() I've entered a trouble ticket for this, too, but so far no response. Technically, this site is a cluster and not ready for prime time. If they don't get things fixed real soon, I plan to cancel and just order the newest version of Perry Marshall's Definite Guide to Adwords. Ironically, the affiliate marketing module that Perry offers with the latest version of the book was apparently written by Amit Mehta, the driver behind PPC Classroom 3. |

To dougguitar...agreed, the interface is a bit confusing.
TO get to the PPCClassroom training, click on that tab on the left. THen Click on the training tab at the top of the screen. You'll then see a bunch of training courses you can take. That's what I ended up having to do... I think there are still a few kinks in their system! Frank |

There are two areas, Affiliate Classroom, and PPC Classroom. If you go to the PPC classroom and choose the training tab, there are about 20 courses you can start taking. In Affiliate Classroom, there are just a few you can take: Look under the Support tab at the top of the page and then read the FAQs as follows" I thought that Affiliate Classroom was free?! Some of Affiliate Classroom is indeed free. You can access your account, build your profile, research topics and even take 6 courses for free: 99, 100.1, 120, 140, 160 and 170. But, for unlimited access to tools, courses and community elements - you'll need to join our monthly membership plan. There's definite confusion in all of this and clearly it wasn't well tested, but poke around a bit and you'll see there is a lot of good content. Frank

Unfortunately, I bit on the $1 tease too. I figured I could go through the majority of the course in a few days to check it out, and if not up to par just cancel it. Alas, you can't do very much - only about 5 of the "beginners" affiliate classes are free at this level, the rest ask for $30 payment. Tools look enticing, but the same. Most you have to pay for! Ok, just kick me now....I'm going to keep learning here in WF!

I suppose i am tired of people telling me i get a trial and leave me standing in the hall way looking at pretty pictures for 10 days. the free downloads i never got to work and the other so called or touted free stuff was more like at a guess an affiliate link to a free 30 or 60 day trial before payments set in for those parts shame really, also still no reply to any tickets now over 24 hours ? anyway a new day tomorrow I am sure of that.

I am new in IM. I have been buying e-books past few months, so far this the worst and the most expensive one. The classroom website is a mess and they are teaching us to build a website???
I am very angry spending my time on listening the pre-launch from a guru and can't believe he is promoting this, even newbie knows it is no good. They give people to try for $1, basically just go into your account to find out how many lessons you don't have access to. I feel cheated!! ![]() I really hope I can receive my refund asap. |

I believe the "membership plan" they refer to in that FAQ I quoted from is the $97/mo that kicks in after 14 days. I haven't heard that there are any other levels.

The Affiliate Classroom does not have many modules available, but the PPC Classroom section does, so be sure to go in there. I spent 3 hours Tues night and another two hours tonight watching webinars and reading materials. There's a ton of info available. If you are new to IM, this is a goldmine for $1. Unfortunately it requires a bit of patience, but if you have a problem, shoot me a PM and I'll see if I can show you how to get to the good stuff. BTW, I don't work for them - if I did I'd have made sure the interface worked better. Hang in there guys, this trial is worth it IMHO.
