Pete Drew's Brute Force Linking Loophole or Stephen Hawkin's SEO Domination?

I want to automate my backlinking as much as possible. I came across two services that do this and I would like to know from fellow warriors what the features of both are. From what I've seen so far, linking loophole gives you ~30 backlinks per month and completely automates it for you while in SEO domination you have to upload the links yourself and also do the signups and posting yourself. Is this true?
