Hi Warriors, I was looking for a solution so that I could have a more reliable wireless Internet connection while traveling and came across the Sprint MIFI. It wasn't what I was looking for but I can see it being very useful for people traveling together on a business trip. Has any one here used it yet? I'm thinking that it would be a handy item to have in my arsenal. Here is the link to the MIFI(I'm NOT affiliated with the product). Sprint: Meet the MiFi Thanks in advance, Have a Great Day! Hi, I've investigated Verizon's MIFI. It's probably the same. Verizon's has a 5gb limit which could be a problem if you had more than one user. I do love the idea. I just don't like the Band Width limit. I had a chance to use a g3 netbook this week and I uploaded and downloaded a LOT of megabytes. Worked for hours. I ended up using only under 800 megs so I had plenty left. So the Gig restriction on mifi would probably only be a problem if you had more than a couple of users doing mega up/down loads. Email and WF shouldn't be a problem. ![]() George Wright |
