The Apple App Store is a wonder. Blue Squares list gave a taste of the diversity and technical prowess. More whisically, I have on my iPhone
With some Motorola S9 headphones its a peerless mp3 and shoutcast player. I've become an amateur photographer because now I always have a half-decent camera with me. Oh, and I take phone calls on it if needed and reluctantly text message. I haven't had any dropouts with Vodafone. But, yes it is annoying not to be able to run more than one app simultaneously. Note, however, that the iPod features can run simultaneously with other apps. I have no doubt that full and effortless simultaneity is on the horizon. I'm writing an iPhone app and intend to use every technique I've learned on this wonderful forum to market it. Bottom line, get something (iPod, iPhone) to get access to the wondrous Apple App Store. Whether it should also be your main cell phone is moot. |

I just picked up the Motorola Droid and am very happy with it. You can sync with google accounts, calendar, and there are some useful apps for managing tasks etc. Nice big screen and voice activated web searching. You can't really run your business with it but it sure is handy. |

Internet marketing? The future lies with Android. Dont forget who actually made Android. I am sure within the future there will be more official google apps out there for Android, such as Analytics, PPC, Webmaster, etc. But for now iPhone definitly is the best phone to get if you are in IM.

I got the HTC Hero today and it rocks. I found navigation easy and it did not lock up once. Easy to access email and browse the web. Tons of apps....which will have to wait. |

I was a blackberry person myself for years and years and swore Id never give it up but some how or another I ended up gettting an iphone also. Over time I switched completely to the iphone. What I miss about the blackberry is the full keyboard and blackberry messenger. I'm from Canada and it seems like everyone I know has a blackberry so blackberry messenger is an awesome feature that I miss very much. I also miss the ability to run programs in the background. With my iphone I got use to the keyboard although I do still yell at it sometimes. I recently went on a trip and didn't bring my computer and it made me realize how useful my iphone really was. I could check in on my clients webstats on really quickly just to ensure nothing wacky is going on (wasn't ever planning on making changes to accounts) but was nice to know I could quickly check these things without having to go to an Internet Cafe. The internet browsing beats out blackberry browsing by about a million, in my opinion. Ifound the skype application very useful when I was traveling. I just needed a wifi spot and I could make international calls with excellent quality for free or at low rates. Before this trip I was still a little reluctant to admit that the iphone was superior (again in my opinion) to the blackberry (especially since I'm Canadian and I love to support things that have Canadian connections) but I find it comes into so much use all of the time. If I was in an industry in which I didn't need to use the Internet sooo much than I would probably go with a blackberry (if you just want to check emails ect and basic browsing) but otherwise I would go for the iphone. |

I am also an Adroid user, with the original G1. To be fair I tied blackberry, Iphone, and windows mobile. And Android blows them out of the water hands down. You get incredible synchronization with gmail, calender, and any other business app you have. The andoid market is bad ass, with most of the applications being FREE. And your running an open source Linux based OS, created by Google! I can honestly see Android taking over the market, because they're not moron's like Apple who sign a contract with the worst service provider of all time (AT&T). Even though Android is spreading to all the phone makers, HTC phones IMO, are by far one of the best phones ever built. So it's a win win. |

Got my hands on a Motorola Droid for a little while. Seems nice but I think I like my H1 Android better. It's just my H1 is on T Mobile and I don't get 3G where I am so it's just way too slow, so I want to be on Verizon once my contract is up.
