Looking for somebody to make a quality, but cost effective video advertisement... any suggestions?

Hello guys! This is my first post, and this site looks awesome. It'll be a pleasure learning from you.

On to my question....

I'm looking to place a video advertisement on my site, but I'm not
all that big of a business yet, and don't have much of a budget

Innovate Media costs $1,500 for the video and another $50 a month to host it.... that's too much for me now.

I'm not looking for a video with a spokesperson either, more like a dynamic video that explains the benefits of my product, etc.

Any help?
