probably won't be ppc classroom #4 because the forum has been down for three weeks now...communications with coaches and fellow classmates has been shut-down

looks like the google virus is spreading

If you sign up for PPC Classroom you can also expect to be bombarded by offers for all sorts of crap - they even promoted affiliatejump and Google Cash Detective.

Oddly I've been banned from the community forums in PPC Classroom even though I've never set foot into it. I think they should have just kept everything the way it was when PPC Classroom 2.0 was its own website.

Sry for bump this thread.. since im kinda need help here,

Anyway, Here's what's happening to me so far.. and i hope someone can help me out.

I tried PPC Classroom 1 week trial at 3 November, after see the members area and the content area ( Which i don't get any access to all of it -.- ). I did stop the subcription immediately after few minutes looking what's inside of the members area. I didn't like it at all, it's all too confusing.. and the trial package only cover basic information to access.

Anyway, few days a go.. i got email from PPC Classroom that i got charged for $97. And i have no idea what the hell is it, until i realize i try the 1 week trial 1 month a go. So.. from what's happening Im trying to contact them to ask for a refund.

And the best thing is, their email address : support at ppcclassroom.com cannot receive my email. I tried 2 times and no luck,

So i find another solution, what if i login into ppcclassroom members area (Since i got charged $97 for nothing?) and access their support page inside. You know what's happen when i click the "support" page ?
*** You do not have permission to access this page ***

And i can't even access to my own Profile Pages :
*** Access Denial For profile/ViewProfileComponent/getPercentage ***

So anyone, any idea how to contact them to get direct response? i want to get the refund immediately, it's just really like nightmare for having this bad experience.

Thanks before

I would go to credit card company and ask for a charge back as they have taken funds without your permission.

If enough people do that they can lose their merchant account.

They will get charged an extra fee as well. Might depend on where you are in the world as to what exactly will happen but that is what I would do.

Thanks
Lynne

why would you want a companys business to go under because they can't receive his emails

what i would suggest you do is log into your account, go to support, submit a ticket telling them exactly what you told us and i'm sure they'd be happy to refund you

theres no reason you should try to jepordise another person's livelyhood simply because of a breakdown in communication

You should be able to do a reply to the email, I also cancelled out of the ppc trial, as it did not work, then the other day was sent an email telling me to sort my debit card for payment to the affiliate side or something, so even after cancelling out they were still trying to charge one of my cards.

I sent a email and they said the email / supposed charge was a mistake ? seems to be a lot of mistakes happening.

In reply to why would I want them to lose their account..

They have made it impossible for him to contact them haven't they as per the above. Others too have the same problem.

The point is NOT that I wish them to lose their account that will be their own doing if they make it impossible for people to take issue with them about money that they should NOT have taken in the first place.

If people could ask for a refund there would be no need to take extreme measures.

I also made the mistake of paying for their bootcamp which is yet to be posted on their site. I'm in the process of asking for a refund and will give them a week to respond. If not I will ask my CC company for a chargeback.

I thought the actual courses were okay. I'm brand new to IM so I've learned a lot, but by reading this forum, I'm learning there's better products out there.

I got my $5K refund very quickly.

If you are referring to the bootcamp in Boston, you will see a contact email in the confirmation email. You need to go through LURN, not PPC Classroom. Andrew in support was very quick and courteous.

Hope that helps!
