Default Mass PPV Traffic - bad support so far!

Anyone manage to get a reply back from these guys?

I've sent Kris's brother who I purchased the link under, about 6 emails, no reply!

I have sent Adeel and bobby an email to their support address 3-4 times, no reply!

Seems to be a common thing these days, never bothering to reply to their customers!

Hopefully this post will make them start replying to the emails, eh?

Anyone else having problems with their support, or lack of it?

And anyone get their URL rotator script to work?

hmm, i guess if you want a job done properly, spend a few hours trying to work out why their rotating script dont work...

so if anyone else bought mass ppv traffic and having problems with their terrible support, use this to split test your landing pages

Code:

[<?

 //Tracking202 Landing Page Rotation Script

 //landing pages filenames, theses will be rotated between eachother
 //theses landing pages must be in the same DIRECTORY as this file
 //you can add as many landing pages here as you like
 $ landingpage[1] = 'LandingPage1.php';
 $ landingpage[2] = 'LandingPage2.php';

 $ lpNumber = rand(1,count($ landingpage));

 //include the landing page
 include_once($ landingpage[$ lpNumber]);

 //terminate script
 die();

 ?]
change:

landingpage1.php and landingpage2.php to any file name you want, any extension file you want, ie, php, asp, htm, html, etc.

then set up google analytics create different profiles for each landing page, so you can test the conversion rate for your optin pages, sales pages, etc

Hope this helps

edit
p.s
change [? for < plus the ? symbbol and visa versa, this forum wont display all the code.

and delete the space after $ symbol

2 days ago - I get this with EVERY PRODUCT I buy... seems all they care about is making their first million rather than spending time on customer support...

And you'd think the guy who pushed out his affiliate link (his brother) would attend to your questions too...

any ways, i found another solution... the script works if you dont put the full path in the page rotation list like was explained in the video... so ignore that... just change the file name, dont add the full path.

oh, BTW, did anyone pay $27 for the URL scraper? when in the video it says $11.00?

funny after i make this post, the guy replies to me..

I dont get a "

Hi Loz, thanks for becoming a member of PPV Mass Traffic, good to see you on board...

thanks for raising your concern about the $27 for the url scraper. we apologize for the confusion and what may seem unprofessional as we mention in the video it's $11...

Since you're a valued customer, here's a coupon you can use for $11 as our sign of thanks.

Best wishes, and please dont hesitate to contact us again.

***Name***"

But no, i get..

"We have increased the price to $27"

No S&%T... i know that already!

what they gonna do about it?

Nothing!

I think these so called guru's need to learn how to do customer support first before trying to sell products! a product is only as good as the support and right now, I'm this close to asking for a freak'n refund for the pure principle of being treated like non-valued customer / follower.

I only got from these guys cos I know Saj P, who's a good ole chap.

I'm this close to creating my own set of videos for FREE just to teach these guys a lesson!

Keep us posted as to how this goes. There's a weekly webinar or something as well right? Ok, so my opinion just went up as they do honor their statements...

Perhaps Adeel, Kris, and Bobby have just been busy after the launch? It has only just been over a week since Mass PPV was launched. I'm doing the live webinars and I am finding them pretty useful. I have been trying at this game for just a few months so I would class myself as a newbie.

Anyhow Loz I am glad you got sorted out in the end cheers for that alternative code aswell

Let me add my similar comments - poor response to queries. In fact, that seems to be the norm in the IM marketplace. Perhaps the worst was Maverick money Makers. He promises 24x7 live support. I found that more than half my phone calls to the "customer service" number produced that wonderful message, "...please leave your name and number...". Unfortunately, the remainder produced a live person with absolutely no knowledge of any of his programs.

My expectations are so low for support that I go into all programs with the expectation of no support, and I'm usually not surprised.

Innit...

They're starting to respond to emails now, but it's a shame it has to take a rant first before they do anything.

Customer service is something I excel at, I even phone my members to say thank you and welcome them aboard, or hire others to thank them. I called a guy last night, he was stoked! Good job I did, cos he was confused on how to use WINRAR to unzip the vids despite instructions on the site.

Ensuring that this type of service or immediate replies ensures these peeps will be your next to best-friend and will be loyal to ya on your next product.

Personally I think there should be a new standard to be adopted online in the IM industry, if you can't handle the influx of members, dont launch your product until you have the staff in place. If these peeps were claiming to make as much money as they say, then hiring staff to cover the support requests would be the first thing on their mind!

Any ways, Kris answered my questions quite promptly after that, and gave me the link to $11 per month url scraper, instead of the $27 per month... so they're back in my good books again.

Yeah, typical of someone who doesn't know what customer service is. It's put in place to just satisfy that person at the time who called - eventually the person will give up, then later work out what the answer was to their original question, while others will just ask for a refund.

Out of the 4 products I have launched, I've never had anyone ask for a refund cos my support is that good.

Here in mass PPV in a nutshell:

Build a squeeze page with an opt-in.
Scrape 12,000 URLs related to your niche.
Run the campaign on media traffic.
Make your money through e-mail marketing.

Honestly, product isn't worth it.

If you didn't already know, it is.

I purchased just to see what other networks he was using.

I've already got my money back via directcpv or something, 58 views, 7 leads to my free video, and 1 sale 2.60$ in page views, $97 sale

Do you advise me to advertise my product with PPV?

I got the product myself. It seems Ok. But, the content seems sparse. I have not put to use yet the system. I will tell you my results later on. I will say one thing though the price is rather reasonable at $74.

K, what you need to do, as i found out from Angie, my ppv manager... even though I bidded 1 1/2 cents, and shows ranked 1, that's only in their network (directcpv) and not the others... so she recommended me to up my bids, the bids on the other networks are hidden... so i raised mine to 7 cents...

out of 168 impressions, 24 leads.. not a lot, but only cost approx $5, which aint bad

sure, even google has pay per view, but i've personally never tried it.

start off slow, cos ya need to see which pages are converting, then you can ramp it up some with the other networks.

It's not a comprehensive guide, but enough to get anyone up and running.

More work could be done on landing page design since at the end of the day, no matter how many URL's you have to bid on, it's not gonna improve the opt-in.

Now that 24 leads for $5, is bad! It should be a lot more leads.

Gonna work on some more copy / design features, I may even head over to 99designs dot com and pay $200 for a landing page, and compare it against a plain one, both my landing pages at present have the same design, but the only thing that is different is the H1 intro. I'm AB testing slowly so I can see which elements make the most improvements, then I'll move on to the design aspects of it... so spending $100 on about 10,000 visitors aint bad to use as a testing platform.

My response from Bobby and Adeel on any products that I have purchased thru or from them has been fast and courteous..My experience has been stellar. I did have need to communicate with Kris regarding an issue with MassPPV and had a response within 24 hours. Again, the response cleared my issue and was prompt and courteous

courteous?

Like a thank you note, and if you have any more questions don't hesitate to ask, etc, etc, that type of courteous?

Hmm, then why did I get one liners, and no thank you greeting... maybe they changed their tune when I made this thread/post.

Or did they finally hire professional support staff?

I don't own Mass PPV, so I can't speak to that course.

I have purchased Justin Brookes' $17 WSO on getting cheap PPV traffic.

INSTANT TRAFFIC FIREHOSE: "Get 343 Visitors PER HOUR For Less Than $4" [MUST SEE]

I am testing it out now and seeing "positive" results His WSO is a steal at $17.
