what's best merchant account for big product launch?

Hi,

Trying to line up the right technology for a big product launch. I'm looking for a great merchant account recommendation for a big spike in transactions. I don't want to use PayPal.

Heard Mike Filsaime & Frank Kern both mention powerpay.biz anyone have any experience with them?

We are doing a launch on Tuesday and we are using PowerPay. They will work with you better than any other merchant service company for this industry.

We notified them in advance to be prepared for up to 1 Million + (we can assure them there will be NO REFUNDS on this one which is a big plus)

We probably overestimated for first day sales, but better to overestimate than under.

I once did 120K in a day through PayPal and did not get my account frozen because of advance notice of our expected sales. It's always a good policy no matter who processes your sales.

I currently have a merchant account with e-onlinedata which I just found out is a subsidiary of powerpay.biz...I wonder if I should switch to just powerpay.biz?

I heard from Mike & Frank that Jud Smith is the guy to talk to at PowerPay...is this right?

I am just starting to use mechant one and have found them to be very responsive and easy to set up

If you've been with PayPal for any length of time, have verified your account, and notify them beforehand, problems are generally very few and far between. Importantly, they have the capacity to cope with a LOT of simultaneous transactions.
