Is geolocation software my only option to sell globally?

Hi, this is my first post, i'm really hoping someone will be able to help me.

I am a member of SBI and am just at the point of adding affiliate products to my new website.

However, as I am based in the UK...how can I sell, say a brand of skincare not only in the UK, but USA, Aus, Canada etc?

I have been recommended to use geo-location software but am not too hot on html and aparantly it takes quite a bit of coding???

Has anyone else come up against this problem? Id be really interested to hear about ways to get around it effectively!
