Best Wordpress auto posting plugin optimized for SEO

1. We are using the Unique Article Wizard plugin to drip in article content. I am also aware of Caffeinated Content, Ezine Poster, Content Poster and a few others, but I need the best. Is anyone aware of other Wordpress plugins that are MOST effective at pulling in content? If so, can you identify one or two? I am looking for the absolute best solution, but if I must pay for it I also need to be able to install it on a high number of domains.

2. We use a plugin on another blog called "Bouyant PageRank" plugin. This WordPressDirect plugin manages internal linking of keywords in your posts to pages you intend to promote. When keywords appear in your content, this plugin can automatically link them to your homepage or category pages. WordPressDirect will automatically populate the plugin with your site keywords upon installation. Now, I understand that it cannot be obtained as a standalone plugin - it is a feature of WordpressDirect, and only the Gold level offering -- which isn't cheap.

Can anyone recommend an alternative to the Bouyant Pagerank plugin?
