Any Recommendations For A Secure Affiliate Link Cloaker/Shrinker?

I've used TinyUrl.com and have had a look a cjs.net but I don't like either of them because their domain names form part of the URL.

Ideally, I'd like to use a domain name of my own and tag on a relevant keyword for a given product that I may be recommending/promoting.

Hover.com appears to offer this service for a small annual fee but I'm not encouraged to use them because of comments by a warrior in another thread.

What software do you, top marketers, use?

Any suggestions/recommendations would be much appreciated.

I have been using Redirect Magic from Ben Shaffer for almost a year now and am very happy with it. You can get it here for free - Free Affiliate Link Cloaker - Redirect Magic (not affiliate).

It does exactly what you are looking for so you can have it redirect an affiliate link to one like:

http://www.yourdomain.com/Recommends/product

or

http://www.yourdomain.com/Likes/product

And you can have it completely cloak your affiliate link so that URL stays in the address bar after it is clicked.

You have to install it into a MySQL database so you will need a bit of technical knowledge to get going, but it does come with both a written user guide and a video how-to.

If you use Wordpress - try AFlinker plugin.
For free you get yourself your own URL shortener service off your own domain name.
As a bonus you get affiliate link cloaking features, integration of tracking with google analytics and ability to automate placement of cloaked affiliate links around keywords and keyphrases of your choice.

It also includes special immunity from google slap features (intelligent redirects) that no other software offers (at least at this price tag).

Usually I will make the affiliate link cloaked in this way, Name - Domain Name Search and Registration from Name.com, this makes the link looks like a part of your site. Otherwise, you can spend some money for a tool, I've heard many good things about Ninja Affiliate, perhaps you can give it a try. If I'm not mistaken, it's about $97 for the tool.

You could buy WP linking engine, if you use wordpress. It's a more advanced solution that allows you to do a lot of other stuff as well. WordPress Link Cloaker - Short Links - Geotargetted Links - WP Link Engine
It costs 79$ but it is good.

Thank you for your helpful suggestions. Gives me a number of options to research. I've since come across amazingcloaker.com but can't seem to find anyone here who has used it, other than the warrior member whose signature it is.

Sorry to be several months getting back to you but I've been busy writing my soon-to-published bookwhich has taken up all my time until now.

if i was you...i would go with adtrackz

it can cloak your link and do many other things too.

you pay just one time and the software is yours.
