Is "Offer Shot Affiliate Network" legit?

I was looking into a particular product to market as an affiliate and saw no "affiliate option" on their website, however I ran across "O.S.A.N." and saw that they are handling that exact product. Does anyone have any experience with Offer Shot Affiliate Network, to know if they are legitimate, or if they are reliable when it comes to payment? Any help would be greatly appreciated .... thanks.
