What is the BEST Offline Consulting/Marketing Product?

I love making websites and videos for marketing but have not yet jumped into the "offline" consulting or marketing arena. Any recommendations for products, or even WSO's?

But seriously I recommend doing a search for Maria Gudelis (Maria-Gudelis.com) she's the one who got my consulting business of the ground!

Awesome personality, and great teacher, I'd marry her if she wasnt already taken! hehe =)
